However, when I did need a sit down, they were readily available.     We have one residential property managed by La Quinta Rental Homes and are very happy with Lacey King and her services. Our last management company was completely incompetent and cost us thousands of dollars in lost rent and property damage. La Quinta Rental Homes, however, has been on top of things and has done a great job of managing our property, locating quality tenants, and taking care of minor repairs without bothering us with these details. Home Owners statements are complete each month with receipts from all repairs and services attached. We just received our end of year P&L with all the details needed and organized for our annual taxes. We travel to Europe several times a year and now that we have found Lacy King, we can actually go on holiday without receiving frantic 'end of the world' emails regarding small repairs or other non-issues, as we did with our previous management company. She has been wonderful to us and responsible with our property. We have complete confidence in La Quinta Rental Homes and have recommended them to others.
